This French-Guianese chicken stew needs lots of ingredients but it worth the hassle! This creamy, spicy, aromatic dish is great for big family events. It needs a special spice mixture called Colombo spice mix, but you can make your own and if you prepare a big batch in advance, you'll always have some when it's needed. Spicy roasted pumpkin soup

I have to admit, I didn't particularly like pumpkin until once I mistakenly took pumpkin soup at a dinner. Since it was already on my plate, it would have been rude to refuse to eat it so I tried it.
