This French-Guianese chicken stew needs lots of ingredients but it worth the hassle! This creamy, spicy, aromatic dish is great for big family events. It needs a special spice mixture called Colombo spice mix, but you can make your own and if you prepare a big batch in advance, you'll always have some when it's needed. Chicken Caesar salad

This is one of my favourite salads, I prepare it very often - sometimes with chicken, sometimes with king prawn, and sometimes without any meat. It has a lovely taste and I love the mixture of the different structures. This is the best recipe if you want to eat something quick, or if you want to amaze your dinner guests with minimum effort.
